Pension Marie
The family-run pension is located on the right bank of the Moldau River as the only surviving building in the village of Zadní Zvonková (840m.above sea level). It has been newly rebuilt and refurbished and is surrounded by virgin nature with beautiful view of the countryside. The three to five bed hotel rooms, with a total of sixteen beds have been newly furnished also with showers, WC and TV.
The pension’s ground floor houses a period-style restaurant, which offers principally a traditional Czech cuisine. For the summer season, the visitor has an opportunity to sit on the terrace and enjoy a view of the valley with the Lipno Lake with the possibility of barbecuing on the outdoor, garden grill.

Right under the windows of the pension there is a Schwartzenberg boat canal, edged by natural forest path, which is used in winter as a cross-country ski path and in summer as a cycling path, connected to other bicycle path circuits.
The unique location of the pension is primarily targeted at family recreation, hunters, fishermen and all those, who want to spend a few days of the year in a pleasant isolation surrounded by brooding, virgin forests.
The access to the pension is an adventure in itself, especially for the young ones by a ferry across the Lipno Lake from Horní Plana. Parking is provided to the visitor on the neighbourhood parking lot. Bicycles are stored in a secured garage under a lock and key.
1,5 km from the pension there is a border crossing to Austria, which makes it for an easy connection to the ski resorts of Hochficht.
